bufff I can't find any plugin, but I continue investigating this.

I was putting all meta tags with jomsef, so better I should consider to use something else for this , because I'll never can purge my URL's.

We know that this is not very friendly and we already plan to change this behaviour, so the meta tags will be separated from the SEF URLs, but it needs some severe changes in the core, so it will take some time.

I like very much the system for the metatags, so I'll use it anyway. If I lock some sef-urls, and purge the sefurl, the locked url's are still there and their metatags, too??

Yes, the locked URLs are protected against purging, updating and deleting.
