Hello I am running Joomsef 3.62 trying to upgrade to 3.65 from Artio server:

ERRORNOTFINDJOOMLAXMLSETUPFILE

Downloading the ZIP file and trying to install gets the following error:

Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

Not sure where to upload the files manually.

Please advise.

This is really strange. What version of Joomla do you use and what web server are you running your site on?
