when I enter a title in meta title for a mister estate category it doesn't work.

Hi,
Open JoomSEF's Configuration and on the Title and Meta Tags tab make sure you have both "Enable Metadata generation" and "Prefer JoomSEF titles" enabled.
If it still doesn't work, you have probably some plugin installed that interferes with JoomSEF functionality.
