Where is the /home link coming from? I don't see it on your website.
Anyway, try going to JoomSEF configuration, Advanced tab and set the "Set page base href value" option to "No - disable base href generation".

well the /inicio is working but the step 2 in checkout shopping cart not.

I Update virtuemart to 1.1.4 and nothing change.

I reinstall all the site and the joomsef show me the same error, please help me
