I bought this today and tried installing it via the ARTIO JoomSEF component, and I keep getting this:

Copy failed
JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file to
Message
SEF Extension Install: Error

Please let me know how this can be resolved.

check the write permissions to your tmp and media directories.
