I paid for JoomSEF using Paypal about 24 hours ago and still no download code. Please advise. No response to my emails either.

Hello,

Please, check that the e-mail hasn't been recognized as spam. Also, please go to this link: http://www.artio.net/e-shop/account view your order and check that it was confirmed - then you should be able to download JoomSEF directly from there.

First, my apologies to those that may read this by mistake, as I cannot get any response from this company.

I paid for JoomSEF on Thursday (January 21st) via Paypal. The funds went through, but I have yet to receive a download link. On top of this, my order status now shows "cancel." Still no response from anyone at this company (and yes I've checked my SPAM folder).

I'd like to rectify this issue. Please either send me the download link for your product or issue me a refund. If I do not receive one or the other by Monday, then I will have my credit card company issue a charge-back.

I'm quite surprised of the lack of response from this company on a simple purchase request. It is very bizarre.

I would appreciate a response indicating what the problem might be. If you have down servers or there is a delay with getting the funds from Paypal -- let me know and I can give you more time. This product got high marks, but now I'm starting to doubt using this company.

Hello,

I've already forwarded your request to someone competent to solve your problem, but it's weekend here, so you can't expect response that quickly. As regards the cancelled order, I think it was cancelled automatically after 24 hours of "pending" status due to some problem with money transfer.
Please, be patient, we know about your problem.
