Hello. We just released fixed version to fix adding product issue with some older VM. The "send failed" may be another error, but it will not affect saving order, you can click "ok". We will look into it.

Hello. That is weird. Were your previous upgrades without problem? What version of Joomla do you have? Can you install other components without problem?

Other components without issues.
This is the only component with problems.

Hi,

Please navigate to Site -> System Information -> Directory Permissions and make sure that all the directories are writable (mainly the Temp directory). Do you have FTP enabled in your Joomla's Global Configuration on the Server tab?
