Hi, I did exactly the same, reinstalled from the Artio Server and pressent CTRL and F5 and also nothing.
The problem is that I cannot downgrade as we do not have the previous version...

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.
We must trust to upgrade directly from server...

Any news? We all paid for it, so I think we all have the right to get a full working component.
