Hi,

I have set up VM Invoice following all instructions in the user documentation but i can't get the emails working on Manual or Automatic mode. When in manual mode, I click send mail in the invoice section and nothing happens. I still have a red cross under the sent invoices section and no email is sent. it also doesn’t work in automatic mode

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello,

VM Invoice relies on the Joomla mailing engine completely. It only generates the email and hands it over to Joomla core. So probably, your other Joomla emails are also not being sent and there might be a problem with the mailer setup. (so check the Joomla Global Configuration and make sure the mailing settings are correct and work)
