I got this error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JXMLElement::getElementByPath() in /home/www/tanatorio.esocio.es/administrator/components/com_vmsms/install.vmsms.php on line 48

joomla version: 2.5.8

Somebody knows reason? any suspect?
