Your Joomla SEF component has crashed our server:

www.ingramenterprise.com/

www.ingramenterprise.com/administrator

I have no way of uninstalling the component.

Please could you advise on a way to fix this as soon as possible?

the site looks already fine at the moment.
However, most likely, there was used some directive in .htaccess file that is not
allowed to be used on your server.

Check for Option +FollowSymLinks - that is often the source of such
problem. If so, comment it out, it is not need mostly.

If that is not the case, make sure the mod_rewrite is installed and
allowed to be used at your server.

My site appears to have crashed as well and I cannot access joomla.

This problem is probably caused by a bug in JoomSEF version 3.5.0. Edit the .htaccess file using FTP and find the line:
RewriteBase
and try removing the line or changing it to:
RewriteBase /

This problem will be fixed in next version.
