But it have to be automated... And I'm not sure it will work in other languages.

I'm having a weird problem with JoomSEF : I've just installed Joomfish, and some products are not displayed : the page is simply blank...

I have tried to purge the URLs, delete the cache, ... nothing happened.
In a new product URL, we have a lang=fr appended, but if we remove it it's still the same empty page. We've found how to remove this, (the "always use language" option).
We have JoomSEF ver 3.5.3, Joomfish 2.0.4 and VirtueMart 1.1.3

That was that easy... I guess I didn't purge the URLs before trying, then it couldn't work...
You're speaking about removing SEF for the whole checkout process, is there is any way to do it in the administration?

I have a problem with JoomSEF, I can't edit a shipping address during the checkout process.
The problem is that some variables are not rewrited by JoomSEF, they just disappear!!

Here's an example :
Rewrited URL :
dummy-menu-item/checkout/add-shipping-address

Original URL :
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&next_page=checkout.index&page=account.shipto&user_info_id=1d61a5ac1cf8ab5502d27b5af104c190&Itemid=86


The main variable I need is user_info_id, I'd like to be able to write something like that :
Rewrited URL
dummy-menu-item/checkout/add-shipping-address?user_info_id=<USER_INFO_ID>
index.php?option=com_virtuemart&next_page=checkout.index&page=account.shipto&user_info_id=<USER_INFO_ID>&Itemid=86

As you can understand, I can't write it myself, it's 1 user_info_id by shopper and by shipping address...

I use Joomla 1.5 and Artio 3.2.11

I try to redirect all urls from an old directory to another directory like this :

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/boutique-moto/*.
RewriteRule (.*) www.mydomain.com/pieces-moto.html [QSA,R=301,L]

This condition redirection worked on version 1.0 but it does not work anymore on 1.5
I see the same phenomenon with ErrorDocument

So, how can I redirect my olds urls to the new directory ? I have
too many urls to use redirect permanent...

Artio v3 works best on a more powerful server but we are obliged to increase the memory_limit variable.

We have : memory_limit = 64M but is there a way to know which function takes as much resources?

If these option is set to YES, the website is OK but a lot of redirections are missing

I don't understand why joomsef v3 takes so much memory where as we have not problems with joomsef v2...

Maybe joomsef v3 can not browse our configuration ? we have 13000 categories (with 4 levels's depth of nested categories) and 5000 products

I manage a joomla 1.0 site with over 5600 products and 13000 category
I had purchased JoomSEF v2.3.0, no particular problems

We are migrating the site to joomla 1.5.9 / VM 1.1.3.

We have set "Disable creation of new SEF URLs?" to NO, because we haven't imported older redirections

When i'm on the site, i've the php error :



I've set memory_limit to 128M (32M was enough to the previous version of your script) but it's not enough !!!

Could you help me to search a solution ?
