I purchased the full JoomSEF component (3.7.2) and our web developer is saying we need to update to 3.7.4. At the same time we also bought the VM plugin, this has updated via the JoomSEF control panel but the component itself says it can't update.

I did ask about this problem through the product page but I haven't received a response.

I have put the download ID for JoomSEF but still get the same error message "It was not possible to check your registration information. The upgrade server may be temporarily down. Please, try again later."

I can't find the 3.74 to download without being asked to pay for it again.

Any help would be appreciated.
