Did you find a resolution to this problem? We are having the same issue with Meta data appearing to be cached and have checked with our hosting support and they say all the permissions are correct.

URLs that include a question mark in them won't redirect to the SEF. Does anyone know a way around this? The redirect just goes to the home page and not the SEF. Other 301's without the "?" are working fine.

Here's an example of an 301 we are trying to implement:

to

/attorneys-staff.htm
