I successfully disabled the category from showing up in my url, but my main menu item text is not displaying on every item.

For ex, I got the main menu item text to be part of the url like I want, here:

www.agelessforever.net/weight-loss/perso...weight-loss-programs

www.agelessforever.net/faq/ask-dr-pierce

But not here:

www.agelessforever.net/mission-statement/mission-statement

These ones should be:

www.agelessforever.net/about/mission-statement

Can I submit a login to support who can check my setting?

I was purging using joomla purge, not JoomSEF purge, my bad. Now it works.

However, i my category blog menu layout I get this url: www.domain.com/category-title/blog

How do I get rid of the "blog" part of the url?

Thank you very much.

I am still waiting for help with this issue...

I am getting both the menu title and category title showing up in my urls:

demo11.muscleactionweb.com/health-lifestyle/health-lifestyle
demo11.muscleactionweb.com/health-lifest...ple-numbers-fool-you

demo11.muscleactionweb.com/anti-aging/anti-aging
demo11.muscleactionweb.com/anti-aging/an...-it-so-controversial

My categories need to be named after their respective menu item, but don't want this repetition.

I am getting this even though I have Add Menu Title to URL set to NO.

I am suspecting there is an issue with JoomSEF, because when I set Add article ID to URL and Add category ID to URL, to YES (just to test), the IDs don't display in the urls (even after I've purged the joomla cache and cleared the browser cache).

I am re-creating and improving an old joomla 2.5 site onto joomla 3, which I on have installed joomSEF 4.

The old site has pages with PR 2 and PR 1; those urls I wish to redirect to the same page (with a different url) on the new site. How do I set that up?

I have set "Add categories to URL" to NO; it works for individual article urls. However, for every category page (both list and blog layout), both the menu title and category title displays.

Since I name my categories after their respective menu items, I get duplication. How can I get rid of the menu (or category) title in the urls for each main category list/blog page?

Can somebody please help with this...do I need to change chmod of the JOOMSEF directory? In the CP it looks like the settings have been saved, but the url stays the same (I've tried different settings to test, but no changes at all to the url). Help please!

I have both Add Menu Title to URL and Add categories to URL set to no and successfully save the settings, but my urls still look like:

domain.com/menu-title/category-title/article-name

Since my menu titles and categorytitles are identical, I need to get rid of one of them to avoid repetition.

I cleared the browsers cache and tried on both chrome and firefox, but still get the menu titles and category titles in my urls. Please help.
