I so hope someone can help resolve this as I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue. :/

We've recently launched a newsletter using MailChimp and activated the tracking option (tracks who click on which link in your newsletter).

I inserted this link in our newsletter : www.lanquest-hosting.net/index.php?optio...k=category&id=34

Which does SEF to this link : www.lanquest-hosting.net/domain-name-pro...main-name-promotions

Due to the tracking being activated. MailChimp's initial link differs as inserts a user ID of some sort within the link to reflect the different recipients.

1. MailChimp Email Link:
lanquest-hosting.us3.list-manage1.com/tr...056&e=c8eb66a975

2. MailChimp forwards/re-directs to this link to Joomla/JoomSEF then takes over.

I hope someone has a simple resolve for this.

I've been through the manual and found a couple of suggestions made in the forums for the past week but nothing is working.

Are there any standard settings required to make this work?

My current config is this.

JoomSEF Configuration > Title and Meta Tags

Enable Metadata generation: No
Metadata auto-generation: Never
Prefer JoomSEF titles: Yes
Use sitename in page titles: No
Sitename separator: |
Meta-keywords preference: Prefer JoomSEF
Meta-description preference: Prefer JoomSEF
Prevent sitename duplicity: No Yes

Under manage Meta Tags : The keywords for www.lanquest-hosting.net are set to :-

web hosting,domain registration,website hosting,web hosting uk,cheap web hosting,webspace,uk hosting

I have tried changing the keywords from the Frontpage settings for this page. But for some reason the keywords are being changed or not saved.
