I need to set a redirect for www.rssic.com/about-our-team.html to go to www.rssic.com/our-team.html.

I tried using Manage SEF URLS but so far have been unsuccessful. These legacy URLs were picked up years ago and are being used by outside websites to direct traffic to my site, I reviewed documentation that came with Joomsef but cannot seem to find a clear step by step way to do this.

Every thing seemed fine and it says install complete but there is a warning

When I go to use my control panel or any of my extension manager controls or any controls like article manager I get this message

Now Site not loading getting

Please help.
