Hi support team.

Thank you for adding credit note functionality to VM Invoice. Great job.
If i would like to delete the order created for the credit note in Virtuemart i get the following error.

vmError: VirtueMartModelOrders::remove 3224
Bestellungen konnte nicht gelöscht werden.

Has this to be fixed by Virtuemart or how is it possible to delete wrongly created credit notes?

Hi development team.

I would like to request the possibility to show the tax rate in the view "Invoice / Order Management".
The reason for that is, that i have products wit two different tax rates (7% and 19%).
Our tax consultant needs a list with invoices ordered by the different tax rates.
But i don´t have the possibility to make the value visible in the view.

Is it possible to configure VM Invoice not to create a new user in Joomla, if i create a new order manually?
The problem is, that my Virtuemart Online-Shop is configured to buy products anonym without registraion on my page.
But if i create a new order with VM Invoice, automatically a user is stored into the system (activated and released).
