you can edit meta tags when you click any URL in the generated URLs list. There are available fields to enter metatags like "title", "desc", "keywords" and others.

We want to publish some help paper, but so far we are short on people.

As regards your previous question about the Glossary 2, hopefully we can check what can be done for it soon.
