Hi - Please can you help me out !!!

Thanks for a great product. Just one problem with submitting documents from the front end in French.

My initial tests went swimmingly, then had problems with final submit button. Realised this was when the user or the site was in French. It still worked when in English. Is there anything that I may be doing wrong or need to change??
