Possible that there is no support on this forum? I was willing to take the Pro version, but since no support for me to try the free version does not think of buying the Pro version

I found the following works.

extract the .zip folder into the tmp folder in your root directory.
Then in "install Module" click "install from tmp/nameoffolder. DONE.

Got the exact same problem.
Think it has to do with permissions on folders. Don't know what folders that are wrong though.

Install from tmp folder doesn't work for me.
