Can't create/save "Object" or "Template" 12 years, 2 months ago #27870

adriatic OFFLINE Posts: 10	Hello Artio Forum. I've just bought the Artio Booking extension. When I want to create a template or object in Artio Booking, it wont create it. I can fill all the settings, but when i click the "Save"-button everything disappears and the "Template" is not created. I would appreciate some help from this forum. Thanks.

jitr OFFLINE ARTIO Support Posts: 1432	Hello, I do you use release 1.3.4 and you don't use standar ddatabase prefix jos_ it's this problem: In SQL installation script is hardly jos_ prefix. The quickest resolution for you is rename tables with prefix jos_booking for your database prefix. I will repair release 1.3.4 soon.
