Dear Support Team,
I bought today Artio Booking extension via PayPal. I've got an ID download code which in my understanding shall be applied automatically for further upgrades. However, when i try to get an upgrade it says that "Entered Download ID has not been found in database. Please check that the ID is correct." I wonder how this can be fixed. thank you in advance.

Hello

Did you set up download ID in component configuration properly?
Download ID is 32 chars string not order ID number.
