Ghotrek: Ok, you have new version, but can you be more specific please? What problem do you have? When I do tests with new version, it works for me on Joomla 3. I can select new images and also select one of them as main and this image is visible on frontend.

When i try to select image in Object, image appear in gallery but not in Main Image area

This should be correct, there is no more main image area. Everything you should do is to select 1 image in gallery and click on button Default. It should create yellow border around image as mark of main image.
