Hello

Do you have any plans to enhance image manager?
Me and my clients are finding it not very user friendly, and it spends a lot of time to add images one by one.

Suggestions:

- Merge main image and gallery images. You don't need two image sections.
- Add option to sort already uploaded images by using arrows. Some clients wants to have images sorted
- 1st image should serve as main image and thumbnail for object list.
- Enable multiple files upload. C'mon it's not rocket science to do that, and it saves a lot of time by avoiding endless clicking.
- Automatically create folder for each subject, folder name could be subject ID. It makes navigation trough photos much easier.

What do you think?

Regards

Hello

BUMP

Do you plan to improve image manager in some future?

Current one is not very user friendly:
- images needs to be uploaded one by one
- no option to sort images
- images with same name in different folders gets same thumbnail. It seems that caching function caches only 1st image with same name.
Try to create 3 objects, upload 3 different main images with same name in different folders,
and in both admin object list and frontend listing tumbnails will be the same.

Hello,

Thank you for your post, your ideas are not bad.
We will try to redesign our image manager, but it will be not sooner than next year in January.

Our actual priority on Booking is to make it compatible with Joomla 3.0.
