I have a problem that is the only thing that I need to fix before buying Artio Booking.

The website is this one: knownonline.com/muestra/deptos/. I need That the 'Features' appear in the item descrption (knownonline.com/muestra/deptos/index.php...eto/3-cabello-c-diaz), but not in the Object list. Is this possible?
How can I do it?

Also, I'd like to know if its possible to use an editor when adding data for an object in a Text Area
