What means and where can i fix this ?

In your database are not tables of DOCMan or JoomDOC2 or table list is imcomplete. Migration is impossible. Migrator needs JM30_docman, JM30_docman_groups, JM30_docman_history, JM30_docman_licenses, JM30_docman_log of DOCMan or JM30_joomdoc2, JM30_joomdoc2_groups, JM30_joomdoc2_history, JM30_joomdoc2_licenses, JM30_joomdoc2_log of JoomDOC2.
