Could old extensions be a security threat? 9 years, 5 months ago #45725

im curious if an older joomsef extension could be a security threat. For example i used to use a joomsef extension that i have not be utilizing recently and im not interested in upgrading right now. Is it best to uninstall old extensions or are they safe to leave them on the site?
