I ordered yesterday at 5:00 est. and still haven't received any sort of email. When should I be expecting this?

Hi,

this depends on type of payment you used. If you used PayPal, then it might depend, if you pay with e-check or what type of credit card you are using.
In our system, the order status will be changed and download id(s) sent as soon as PayPal (or other payment gateway) confirms the payment.
