I can’t enter my Download ID 12 years, 1 month ago #28220

Order No. 23059, Joomla 1.5.18 (Russian localization), PHP 5.2.10
I can’t enter my “download ID” as I can’t open “JoomSEF Configuration –> Registration”. When I enter tab “Configuration” opened blank page. All another tabs work correctly.

Can anybody help me or I pay money for nothing? Where can I find a error? HELP ME PLEASE!

Hi,
The blank page means that some error in PHP script was encountered. Either enable error_reporting on your server or check your server error logs and post the error you find.

Thank you very much! It is working now. There wasn't turn on all needed modules PHP.
