Hi, I have also sent the following query to your support email on May 25th, but have yet to receive a reply...
I've recently been employed by a company to fix certain issues with their Joomla!/Virtuemart driven website. One of these issues they are having is with your JoomSEF component, with which the 'Crawl Website' function is continually stopping midway with an error.
At the company's request I have recently upgraded to the latest version of JoomSEF plus the corresponding Virtuemart extension. I have, however, been unable to fix this continual error so I am seeking additional support directly from yourselves.
I purchased an hour's worth of support with you via your website, with the additional option of 3 business days response time. My order ID: 24737
The company in question have also configured myself an email account through their domain so I can access their site and emails. However, I would prefer it if you would contact me through the email address below as I am an independent consultant and not directly accountable to them.
The full details for the website and myself are:

The issue in question as I say is the 'Crawl Website' function under 'Extras Management'. This seems to get to between 1200-2000 URLs completed before "Error" appears in red and the crawler stops. The error logs appear to reference Product IDs or Category IDs that are not hosted on the site front-end or back-end; and sometimes the crawler will not report any error logs at all but will still stop at around the same point.
To date I have tried numerous different settings in both the Global Configuration and the Virtuemart extension but I cannot seem to get the crawler to complete. I have also removed the vast majority of validator errors across the site to see if this is causing the problem with no joy.
Any assistance of this matter would be greatly appreciated. Should the support exceed the 1 hour purchased then please contact me and I will increase the hours accordingly.
With kind regards,
Tom Wells
