Hi,

If you open Manage SEF URLs page in JoomSEF, what is the Real URL for uvod/cart/checkout.html ?
You can try disabling the "Prevent non-SEF variables from overwriting the parsed ones" option in JoomSEF's Advanced configuration, maybe it will help.

I also noticed following error message being displayed when registering, you should probably disable error reporting on your server:
