Hi,

Blank page means some PHP error has been encountered. Please check your server's errors log file and post the error message reported. Thank you.

You will need to increase the memory limit allowed for PHP on your web server, or ask your web host company to do it for you.

Dear Support,
I set the maximum memory limit that I can choose in my acount.
If I want more I have to pay for :(
How much did the component need?
Is there an other way for this problem?

Hi,
I'm sorry, but there's no way to tell how much memory is needed for the script. It depends on many aspects, such as what plugins you have installed in Joomla and what they do, what exactly the PHP code of your e-shop does when confirming the order.
