Hello,

I want to upgrade my JoomSEF version, but I get the following notice:
Your registered domain does not match. You will obtain the non-paid version of JoomSEF when launching upgrade from ARTIO Server.

I checked the download ID, but it still won't work. The install is on the correct domain.

What am I missing?

Hello,

I have bought this component and I have still no answer to this simple question, and can't update the component. Can somebody please help me with this.

Another problem I'm having is that in category list when somebody uses the filter or changes the number of pagignation the website is giving the 404 page. Even with pagignation non-sef in the extension setting.

Please help me out.

For example this page:

Hi,

The domain is checked according to the URL you use to access your website's backend. So in order for the domain to be correctly recognized, you must access your backend using www.hiphopgemeenschap.nl/administrator

As regards the 404 being displayed when using filters, there seems to be some problem with POST requests handling, as the request is sent correctly, but it is then redirected with 302 code to the 404 page. JoomSEF doesn't use 302 code for redirections, so there must be some other component or plugin causing this. Check if some of your system plugins could cause this.

Hi,

I don't know another way to access the backend. So I use www.hiphopgemeenschap.nl/administrator. And there I'm getting the error: "Your registered domain does not match. You will obtain the non-paid version of JoomSEF when launching upgrade from ARTIO Server."

The redirection is by the joomla core itself. Using the error.php from my template to redirect to my own 404 page, instead of the default 404 page.
The problem I'm experiencing is that without Joomsef activated, the filter and pagignation works flawless. With Joomsef activated it's giving me the error page.

Hi,

Do you use the correct Download ID starting with 8f87... in your JoomSEF's Configuration? I've just checked your order and your domain should be working correctly.

For the other problem, use JoomSEF's URLs Manager and check if there are duplicate URLs stored for nl-hiphop-archief/videos/videoclips/videoclips-b. Please post the Real URLs stored for it.

Yes, the download ID starts with 8f87.

There are no duplicate URLS.
