The url is coming up with 2x category and title in the url.

Example
coinpriceguides.org/commemorative/united...position-half-dollar

how do u correct this?

Hello,

If we understand well the first /commemorative/ is probably menu title, so just switch off "Add menu title to URL" on the tab Common in the extension parameters.
/world-s-columbian-exposition-1892-1893/ is category, so you can set how categories should add to the URL
in the extension parameters too or disable it.
