Hi,

I am battling to set my Home Page Title. Since home page is not listed as a JoomSEF SEF URL, is this why the title is not being handled correctly?

Also, my 404 page is not displaying the JoomSEF 404, but rather the standard Joomla 404 page.

Please help.

You can get the SEF URL for homepage by selecting the "Show Links to Homepage" as Viewmode in JoomSEF's URLs Manager and then clicking the "Create links to homepage" button that will appear in the Filters section.
By default if JoomSEF doesn't find URL in its database, it tries to handle it with default Joomla router, which displays the standard Joomla 404 page if the URL is not found. You can disable the "Parse Joomla SEO links" option in JoomSEF's Advanced configuration to avoid this. But if you use Default Joomla router for some components, their URLs won't work with the option disabled.
