I never had this issue with joomsef but now i have an issue with any social plugin receiving dupliacte urls when sending it to twitter, facebook , etc...

If i click on the facebook send located on this page:
http//www.ocslimdr.com/information/dr-ali-tehrani.html

I get this error:

The page at www.ocslimdr.comhttp//www.ocslimdr.com/i.../dr-ali-tehrani.html could not be reached.

For some reason it is adding my site URl to the plugin output. If i disable joomsef all works fine. Is there a setting im missiing..

Im using the lates version of joomsef and joomla 1.7

It seems there's a bug in current version of JoomSEF. When we track it down and fix it, we'll release a bugfix version. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks... this was driving me nuts... There are quite a few modules and plugins that are malfunctioning because of this.. keep me posted because i have 2 other joomla 1.7 sites that i need to buy joomsef for.

It's also happening with my JomComment component. I just upgraded and I'm using Joomla 1.5.25.

I even have JomComment at "Not using SEF" in the Extension Management.

Please fix asap!

Robert I think your using joomsef 3. This thread is for issues with joomsef 4 used with joomla 1.7
