system adding www to ip address (www.11.11.11.112)

system adding www to ip address (www.11.11.11.112) 11 years, 7 months ago #32815

I have Joomsef to automatically add the www to urls. However, it is also adding www when I try to access the site via the ip address. 11.11.11.112 will become www.11.11.11.112 as an example. Is there a way to stop it from entering the www in front of an ip address?

Hi,
This seems like a bug in JoomSEF. We'll fix it in next version. Thank you for your report.
Unfortunately there's currently no way to fix it other than disabling adding of www in JoomSEF.
