Unfortunately, JoomSEF can't do that, it doesn't use the menu structure to create URLs, instead it creates them according to components linked by the menu items (in this case the Zoo component).

okay is it possible to make something like: if the url contains a given string item(in my case hunderassen etc) to rewrite dynamically to (item1/item2/hunderassen). I have been trying this with htaccess but doesn't seems to take any effect.

Using htaccess you can't change the URLs on your website, you can only make them redirect somewhere else - so the URL would eg. look like /hunderassen but when someone clicked it, he would get redirected to item1/item2/hunderassen, not the other way round.
