Hi,
I've just checked the extension and it seems to be working correctly with the DOCman version you provided, so your problem is probably caused by some setting. In JoomSEF open Manage Extensions page and click the DOCman extension to view its parameters. There on the Common tab try setting "Ignore multiple sources" to "No". Let me know if that helps.
