Google picking up \"Home\" name at the beginning of

Google picking up \"Home\" name at the beginning of 16 years, 4 months ago #3871

My page title is picking up the page name which is fine except for the homepage where it comes first, such as:

\"Home - 500 Home Run Club - The Most Inspiring Sluggers in Baseball ... \"

Is there anyway I can get that \"Home\" moved to the end of the page title? Google is picking up my listing as:

Home - 500 Home Run Club - The Most Inspiring Sluggers in Baseball ...
Welcome to the 500 Home Run Club, LLC, founded to celebrate the awe inspiring achievements of the greatest home run hitters in baseball history.

I would love to move that \"home\" portion to the end if possible.
