Hi,
In JoomSEF's Advanced configuration set option "Set page base href" to "No - disable base href generation" or "No - leave original".

Try also disabling the "Change index.php to current menu" option in JoomSEF's Advanced configuration.

I'm sorry but I probably can't help you more. It seems that EZ Realty uses a not much SEF friendly way to do the pagination. The problem is with form action URL in:

<form name="pageForm" action="/Immobilier/categories?Itemid=1" method="get">

It should be:

<form name="pageForm" action="index.php" method="get">

Try to find if there is some option in EZ Realty to change the pagination behaviour or try contacting the EZ Realty authors.
