Does anyone know how JoomSEF handles the site name? I have the correct site name under global configuration but the page title keeps appearing in front of it. I would like to stop the page title from showing up.

this can be set in Artio Metabot configuration which is a system mambot (plugin).
You can configure it by goining to mambot (plugin) list and click on it and set the properties.

You can choose there if you want to show the site name or not.
