I just love your great component and I'd spend some money for your great work - no problem at all!

But first of all: Please tell me and us where your sponsor links are located - some people are discussing, that there are not only links in the meta tag area but also in the buttom module position.

I cannot find these links on my page! I'm using the free version of Artio JoomSEF 2.2.2. So what am I doing \"wrong\" ? ;) I just deactivated the Artio Metatag Bot as I don't need this bot.

So please tell us where you really using sponsor links - so I can think about buying the paid version.

Another question: I don't get any free support having bought the paid version, right? :( I've to pay for every question: www.artio.net/en/support-services/support-services?vmcchk=1

That's really not payable for any private webmaster... Really sad, that this has to be so expensive...

let me answer your questions:

1. sponsor links - these are added to meta tag \"author\", after the Joomla! credits; also, with default template, it is added to page footer

2. as regards support, let me explain
- we have limited capacity of administrators and there are many questions asked over and over again and we cannot afford to keep answering them -- for this reason, there is documentation and FAQs at our pages
- if you have problem, you can ask us a question here in forums, so other users might be able to answer oyu; or at Diese E-Mail-Adresse ist gegen Spambots geschützt! Du musst JavaScript aktivieren, damit Du sie sehen kannst. or via web support; if possible, we will answer it
- if you are asking something, we have to spent some time checking or that need adjusting your configuration (mostly this is because people do not read documentation), we have to ask to pay for such support; but I guess that is understandable

1: Ok, I'm using the SEF Patch extended and a special template so I don't have sponsor links ;)

2: I completely respect your limited support time - especially for the standard htaccess question which can be solved easily searching the forum or the web!

Unfortunately there are some special questions from time to time - I'd love to pay you for having some minutes of support time on urgent questions - but for my part your support time is not affordable :( I'm a student ;)

I've had some serious problems with my URLs the last weeks (i.e.: JoomSEF + JomComment - solved now). Due to that I crashed on google SERPS. I guess that life ;)
