Virtuemart Ext not in Extension List after Instal

Not really, I mean the files of JoomSEF VirtueMart Extension. If it is not displayed in list, it seems like that the webserver cannot see the files.

This is not fixing it. Also I installed the Jevents extensions and it shows up just fine. Should I uninstall everything again and then reinstall. Are there manual uninstall instructions to make sure everything it completely uninstalled. I nee to get this working ASAP or I need a refund.
