Why are half the JoomSEF extensions no longer available to purchase?

Do I really have to call for pricing? seems a bit overcomplecated if you ask me.

Please advise ASAP as I want to throw some money your way!

Hello,

no need to call for pricing - the prices are still the same. You just need to go to detail of some items, at you need to specify Site URL of the site you are purchasing for.
So if you mean e.g. VirtueMart, just click it, on the detail page enter site URL and proceed normally to checkout.
