i have paid for ARTIO JoomSEF v3.3.1 version, but since i have upgrade today to ARTIO JoomSEF v3.3.1 i have the link on the page to artio like in the free version. What can i do to delete this link.
It is not nice to be a free version user since upgrade.

if this happened, please download the latest paid version using your download ID and follow the instructions in documentation to upgrade free version to paid one.

Basically just go to JoomSEF Control Panel, click Upgrade, and use the Update from file function, where you use the downloaded paid version package.

I want to download artio from the link you have sent to me when i have buy the artio 3.1, but the link is dead because i have buy it at 21.09.2008
the maximum number of downloads for each file is: 10
Download until 180 days after the first download

Had the same problem after using the automatic upgrade, but applying the new upgrade that I downloaded from your site got rid of the visible links.

Will automatic upgrade now lead to the correct file? I'm asking because I need to send a reminder to another one of your customers about making the upgrade, and I want to know if the auto upgrade will work, or if they should do it by hand.

we have revised the upgrade file and most likely, we have detected and fixed the problem with upgrade leading to free edition.
Thus I expect the following updates should run smoothly.
