I purchased JoomSef and got my code and it auto inserts via the e-mail link, but when I click on start download....nothing happens, how do i get my files?

Dear Nathan (and others),

we apologize for this situation. It was caused by some changes being made to our server and the paths were not set correctly temporarily.
Now, the downloads should work fine again.

3678 that is my order ID, I can down load the joomsef2 but I cant unzipped or installed.

Hello,

that is quite strange. I tested the file and it has unzipped OK.
I can try to send you other version of the file to your email.

Could you please inform, what system are you working on? (Linux, Windows, Mac, ...?)
