I have created a custom 404 page

www.kreitton.com/nuevo/error-404-pagina-no-encontrada.html

However, when I enter a wrong URL, I don't have the top image / banner

Could you help me to solve it? Maybe it is very basic but I don't know what I am doing wrong

This may depend on how site/template is configured and what Itemid value is used on 404 page.
E.g. you may ensure that the top image/banner will be shown on every page in its module parameters.
