Do I need to reorder JoomSEF and VM ext. to upgrade J!1.x to J!1.5?

Hello,

yes, to migrate from Joomla 1.0.x to Joomla 1.5.x you need to reorder the component and the extension.
Then, additional JoomSEF updates (as from 3.2.x to 3.3.x) are free.
